Travis Johnson, who left GrayRobinson last year to start his own firm, 1607 Strategies, has signed three more lobbying clients: Assurant, BMO Financial Group and Travelers. And Westfield, the shopping mall concern that’s part of the French conglomerate Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, has hired Deandra Bass Wilbon of Bass Public Affairs to lobby on taxes, according to a disclosure filing. Westfield also retains Ferox Strategies and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
